With its workwhops of 3000 m2, Sominex owns the most recent CAM pool ( machining centre 5 axles). This production tool is managed under ERP.
The experience and the skills of our operators allow us to consider the machining of most materials available on the market.

The experience and the know-how of our skilled welders allow to manufacture all types of stainless steel and aluminum parts, dedicated to vacuum or high vacuum technology. Our welding processes (TIG, micro plasma, orbital welding) are adapted to the constraints of these sectors.
They also allow the welding of electrical or thermoelectrical feedthrough, as well as small components such as diaphragm bellows.

Our production site owns a cleaning room (detergent, ultrasounds, etching and passivation). Copper, stainless steel and aluminum are treated according to the current procedures.

Depending on the demand standard , the assembly can be done either in cleanroom or under a laminar flow cabinet (ISO 5 class 100).

TAll our products are tested and certified by authorized technicians, for a leak detection level of 1.10-9 mbar.l.s-1.
